About Us

Andy

Andy takes pride in crafting and delivering a superior housing experience to San Francisco apartment residents. From creating well-designed spaces to delivering responsive, quality service, he enjoys creating value for people through real estate.
Andy has been an engaged participant in San Francisco since 1984. His career includes work in property management (including the Transamerica Pyramid), leasing, development, and investment. In 2008, he and Jen struck out on their own and began investing and managing apartment buildings. Andy has worked to improve the City by volunteering with neighborhood groups including the Bernal Heights Design Review Board, Fair Oaks Neighbors, and Greater West Portal Neighborhood Association. He helped found StopCrime San Francisco and has been an ongoing supporter of education, the arts, and historic preservation.
For fun, Andy enjoys piloting airplanes, photographing student stage productions, and eating from the bounty that Northern California offers.

Jen

Jen delights in helping prospective residents find and enjoy their new home. Each apartment has its own special details, and she likes pointing out how these features make for better living. She strives to turn the application and leasing experience into a warm and engaging process where people feel are equal partners beginning a new relationship. Once a new resident moves into their home, Jen is readily available, along with Andy, to solve any problems and respond to concerns as they arise.
Prior to forming FogProp, Jen was a real estate appraiser and spent many years in education. She taught math to K-8 students at Adda Clevenger School for more than a decade and recently completed a term as Board Chair for the Drew School.
When not digging into new and terrific FogProp neighborhood news, Jen enjoys walking Truffle on the bluffs in Bolinas, feeding area birds, and tending the wildflowers in the front yard.

Truffle

Truffle joined FogProp in 2008. She began as a young pup and her career evolved quickly as her skills grew. She has been FogProp’s Receptionist for many years, announcing guests with her own distinctive greeting. She is passionate about pet’s rights and regularly advocates for dog parks. She also enjoys a good buffet.
